Services are provided by licensed
practitioners who are trained to evaluate, assess and treat a
variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
We work with our clients to
develop functional and realistic goals to address any physical
limitations that may result from illness, disease, accident or
surgery.

- A written order from your
Doctor must be received prior to assessment or therapy.
- Your insurance company must
also authorize treatment from our facility.
- Referrals should be sent
